SUZAA – Terms of Use

Welcome to SUZAA, a non-custodial, open-source and SaaS software platform designed for generating cryptocurrency payment links and processing wallet-to-wallet transactions.
By accessing or using SUZAA’s software, hosted services, documentation, or related tools (collectively, the “Services”), you agree to the following Terms of Use (“Terms”).
If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1. Nature of the Service
- SUZAA is software, not a financial institution, not a custodian, not an exchange, and not a money service business.
- SUZAA never holds, stores, transfers, or takes control of customer funds.
All payments are executed directly on public blockchains between the payer’s wallet and your wallet. - You retain full responsibility for:
- Your wallet(s)
- Your private keys
- Your blockchain transactions
- Your regulatory obligations
- Your tax reporting
2. Eligibility
You must:
- Be at least 18 years old
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements
- Not be located in a sanctioned or restricted jurisdiction
- Not use the Services for prohibited purposes (see Section 8)
3. Your Responsibilities
By using SUZAA, you agree:
- You control your wallet and SUZAA has no access to your private keys.
- You are solely responsible for verifying payments on the blockchain.
- You will not rely on SUZAA as:
- a ledger of record
- a financial intermediary
- a tax reporting tool
- a custody or settlement agent
- You understand that crypto transactions are irreversible.
4. No Financial Services
SUZAA does NOT:
- Hold or store cryptocurrency
- Perform KYC/KYB verification
- Custody user assets
- Intermediate payments
- Guarantee settlement
- Provide financial advice
- Issue refunds, chargebacks, or reversals
- Process fiat currency
SUZAA simply generates payment links and provides software automation.
5. SaaS Subscription Terms (Hosted Version)
If you use SUZAA’s hosted service:
- You grant SUZAA permission to store minimal account data (email, encrypted credentials).
- You agree to pay applicable subscription or usage fees.
- You may cancel at any time; no refunds for partial periods.
- SUZAA may update features, limit API access, or modify pricing with prior notice.
Self-hosted users are not subject to subscription billing.
6. Open Source License (Self-Hosted Version)
The open-source core is licensed under the Apache 2.0 License.
This means:
- You may run, modify, and self-host SUZAA
- You must comply with attribution requirements
- SUZAA trademarks and brand assets may not be used without written permission
- There is no warranty and no liability (see Section 11)
7. Account Security
You are responsible for:
- Safeguarding your account login credentials
- Securing your device
- Protecting your wallet and private keys
- Using strong passwords and 2FA where applicable
SUZAA is not liable for unauthorized access caused by your security practices.
8. Prohibited Use
You may NOT use SUZAA for:
Illegal Activities
- Fraud, scams, or deception
- Money laundering, terrorist financing
- Sanctioned entities or jurisdictions
- Selling prohibited goods or services
- Activities violating any applicable law
High-risk Behavior
- Ponzi schemes
- Multi-level crypto investment programs
- Gambling operations (without licensing)
- Adult content involving exploitation
- Weapons or dangerous goods
Technical Abuse
- Interfering with SUZAA infrastructure
- Malicious API usage
- DDoS, scraping, or brute force attacks
- Attempting to access or modify SUZAA servers or private code
Violation may result in account suspension or permanent termination.
9. Service Availability
SUZAA makes reasonable efforts to provide uptime but does not guarantee:
- uninterrupted access
- real-time processing
- error-free functionality
Maintenance may occur at any time.
Self-hosted installations are your own responsibility.
10. Data & Privacy
SUZAA collects only minimal operational data:
- Encrypted login credentials
- Optional metadata (usage analytics)
Blockchain payment data is public by design.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Services are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
This includes:
- merchantability
- fitness for a particular purpose
- non-infringement
- uninterrupted or error-free operation
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SUZAA:
- is not liable for any lost funds
- is not liable for wallet mismanagement
- is not liable for blockchain network issues
- is not liable for indirect or consequential damages
Maximum liability (if any) is limited to the amount you paid for SUZAA’s hosted services in the prior 3 months.
Self-hosted users receive no liability coverage.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUZAA, its contributors, and operators from claims arising out of your:
- use of the Services
- misuse of crypto payments
- violation of these Terms
- violation of laws or regulations
14. Termination
SUZAA may suspend or terminate access if:
- you violate these Terms
- you engage in illegal or abusive activity
- you operate in a sanctioned jurisdiction
You may terminate use at any time by closing your account or ceasing use.
15. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SUZAA’s operating entity is registered.
Disputes must be resolved through binding arbitration unless otherwise required by law.
16. Changes to These Terms
SUZAA may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
