SUZAA Policies & Notices

SUZAA (“the Service”) is a non-custodial, open-source cryptocurrency payment platform. SUZAA provides software only and does not act as a financial institution, custodian, exchange, money transmitter, or regulated payment processor. The following Policies & Notices describe SUZAA’s operational, security, and compliance posture and explain how the Service must be used.
1. Non-Custodial Notice
SUZAA does not hold, control, or manage user funds.
All payments settle directly from the payer’s wallet to the merchant’s wallet.
SUZAA has no access to private keys, custody, escrow, or withdrawal authority of any kind.
2. Software Service Notice
SUZAA is strictly a software platform (SaaS + open source).
We do not:
- Execute financial transfers
- Intervene in transactions
- Validate legality of blockchain activity
- Provide investment, tax, or financial advice
- Act as an intermediary between payers and merchants
Users are fully responsible for compliance with local and international laws.
3. No Financial or Regulatory Status
SUZAA is not:
- A bank
- A payment processor
- A money services business (MSB)
- A virtual asset service provider (VASP)
- A broker, exchange, or custodian
Accordingly, SUZAA does not perform KYC/AML screening because it does not handle funds or financial flows.
4. Prohibited Activities Notice
The Service may not be used for:
- Illegal products or services
- Pornography or sexually exploitative material
- Money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, or sanctions evasion
- Malware, hacking tools, or harmful code
- Scams, deceptive practices, or investment schemes
- High-risk or prohibited jurisdictions
Any account found violating these policies may be restricted or terminated.
5. Content & Conduct Requirements
Users must:
- Provide accurate information when creating an account
- Ensure that their wallet address is correct
- Use the Service in a lawful manner
- Avoid impersonation or misleading behavior
- Respect intellectual property and copyright
6. Blockchain Transparency Notice
All cryptocurrency payments occur on public blockchain networks.
SUZAA does not store, alter, anonymize, or intercept blockchain data.
Users must be aware that all blockchain transactions are inherently visible.
7. Self-Hosted Deployment Notice
Self-hosting the open-source SUZAA Core is allowed under the Apache 2.0 License.
Self-hosted operators are responsible for:
- Server security
- Wallet configurations
- Compliance obligations
- Data handling
- Logging and monitoring
SUZAA cannot offer guarantees for self-hosted deployments.
8. Security Notice
SUZAA employs security measures such as:
- TLS encryption
- Secure authentication
- Limited data storage
- Isolation between user accounts
Users are responsible for:
- Securing their wallet & private keys
- Using strong authentication
- Protecting their devices and endpoints
9. Abuse & Enforcement Notice
If SUZAA receives credible reports of abuse, platform misuse, or legal violations, SUZAA may:
- Suspend account access
- Disable API keys
- Block IP ranges
- Notify relevant service providers
SUZAA does not monitor user transactions or blockchain activity.
